Ingredients:
Rice flour - 1.5 cups
Water - 1.75 cups
(Water ratio is very important: it's 1: 1.25 rice-flour:water)
Salt - 1 tsp
Oil - 1 tsp
FOR CHITRANNA:
Shavige - 3 cups
Oil - 1 tbsp
Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
White lentils - 1/2 tsp
Chickpea lentils - 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves - few
Vegetables of your choice(carrot, capsicum, beans finely chopped)
Grated coconut - 2 tbsp
Lemon juice - 2 tsp
Serves 3 people
