At the end of March, I hiked out to the Ipsut Creek Campground with my sister, Kristi, and our friend, Becky, for a shakedown hike to test our gear. I had picked up a new tent and puffy coat over the winter and wanted to test them both out and figured a leisurely trip along the washed out Carbon River Road would be perfect. Join us as we explore this beautiful corner of Mount Rainier National Park.
