Homemade Garlic Naan!
Ingredients

- 3 1/2 cups All-purpose flour (1/2 cup for dusting)
- 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt
- 2 Tbsp of Avocado Oil
- 1/2 Cup of water/Milk (Can use Plant-based milk)
- 1 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tbsp Brown Sugar
- 1 1/2 Tsp Cumin Seeds
Garlic Butter

-4 Large garlic Cloves Minced (3 Tbsp)
-4 Tbsp of butter
-1/4 cup Cilantro chopped
Activate Yeast (Rest for 10 min)

-2 Tsp Active dry yeast
-1 Tsp Sugar
-1/4 cup warm water (Not too hot, it can kill the yeast)
Directions

-Start by activating the yeast by mixing the ingredients listed above and let it sit for 10 minutes.
-Mix all the dry ingredients (the flour and seasonings) then add in the wet ingredients (yogurt and the activated yeast)
-Slowly add in the water or milk as you knead the dough. You will have a dough that’s sticky but not too sticky where it sticks to your hand. (Add more flour if the dough is too sticky)
-Rest and cover the dough for at least 1 hour. The dough will double in size.
-Separate the dough into 6-8 parts depending on the size of your pan. Dust the dough and roll it out until super thin.
-(For best result use Cast Iron Pan on Medium Heat) Cook the naan for 2 minutes on each side.
Once the naan starts to form bubbles on one side flip and brush with garlic butter!
