As a USA citizen, you still have to file taxes with the IRS every year, even if you don't owe any taxes. In this video, I show you an example of how I file taxes, and use the 2555 form to exclude all my foreign earned income! The IRS provides telephone advice, so don't hesitate to call them for help if you need it. Here are the required forms.
