The real estate market has been crazy! Many wonder, is a housing market crash on the horizon for 2021? No matter if you're a buyer, seller or investor, the housing value crisis impacts everyone.

Today we'll be covering why there have been so many real estate predictions believing that a crash would happen and yet there have been no signs of the housing marketing stopping from increases in home value. There are a lot of variables we'll talk about as well as key indictors to predict when a housing crash is likely to happen.

Ultimately, the main consideration I want people to be aware of is there is an opportunity cost to holding cash in hopes to buy up cheap real estate. However, if you are lucky to accurately know when the real estate crash of 2021 is supposed to happen, you could make a lot of money from rental properties or any other form of real estate investing.
