Ingredients:-
1 cup =200 ml
2 1/2 cup of crushed wheat
1 1/4 cup of barley
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp salt
2-2.5 liter of water
1 cup split bengal gram ( chana dal )
1/3 cup of pigeon pea lentil( arhar dal or toor dal )
1/3 cup of red lentil ( dhuli masoor dal )
1/4 cup of split black lentil (dhuli urad ki dal )
1/3 cup of rice
1/3 cup of split green lentil (dhuli moong dal )
1 tsp of turmeric powder
1 tbsp of salt
1.25 liter of water
EVERYTHING SHOULD BE WELL SOAKED
FOR KORMA:-
1 1/2 kg of mutton
4 medium size onions chopped
4 tbsp ginger and garlic paste
4 tbsp of coriander powder
2 tbsp of red chili powder
1 tbsp of salt
1/2 tbsp of turmeric powder
1 tbsp of garam masala powder
1 tbsp of chat masala powder ( optional )
1 cup of oil
FOR TADKA :-
1/2 cup of oil
2 onions fine chopped
FOR GARNISHING:-
CORIANDER LEAVES
GREEN CHILIES
JULIAN GINGER
LEMON..
