Dairy free ice cream 2 ways using my Vitamix - NO CHURN! Perfect for the hot summer days. Strawberry & Mango Peach - both are super easy to make with minimal ingredients AND refreshing :)

Ingredients:
Strawberry Ice Cream:
2 cups frozen strawberries
5 bananas - sliced & frozen
1 cup pitted dates
3/4 cup almond milk
Mango Peach Ice Cream:
1.5 cup frozen mango chunks
1/2 -1 cup frozen peaches
5 bananas - sliced & frozen
2 tbsp maple syrup
3/4 cup almond milk
Instructions:
1. Add all ingredients for the flavor into Vitamix - either blend using the Vitamix app (frozen desserts) or just blend on slow and gradually increase the speed until smooth and thick.
2. Transfer to loaf pan and freeze for additional 3-4 hours
3. Enjoy
