Howdy Holmes, CEO of the Chelsea Milling Company, will present a talk on the family-owned milling company that produced the first baking mixes sold in the U.S. The company's best known and best-selling mix is Jiffy Mix corn muffins, which accounts for over 90% of its retail sales. This event is in partnership with the Culinary Historians of Ann Arbor.
