Symptoms of pregnancy neither tell us if you are doing good nor do they tell if you are not doing good in pregnancy. The only symptom that we are very much interested is your appreciation of fetal movements that you know in the later part of the pregnancy we ask you to monitor them which is called as daily fetal movement count and that is the only symptom which we rely a lot. That tells us if your pregnancy is reasonably doing good or not and also there are other symptoms which are called as danger symptoms which when happen in the course of pregnancy they are never considered normal. Example is bleeding, excessive vomiting, excessive tiredness, swelling of the feet all of them are considered as danger symptoms which tell you that the pregnancy needs to be a little supervised but if you appreciate your fetal movements well all through the day but in intervals if you are doing the observation and then if your doctor is happy about them there's nothing to worry about.
