#Miss USA 2023 Noelia Voigt of Utah Wins the Crown

Noelia Voigt was crowned Miss USA 2023, succeeding Miss USA 2022 Morgan Romano, who took the crown after R’Bonney Gabriel became Miss Universe 2023. Voigt, born in Florida to an American-Venezuelan couple and aged 22, is a licensed esthetician and certified lash technician. Prior to this win, she had previously won Miss Teen Florida in 2018 and Miss Alabama Collegiate America in 2020, participating in four other pageants before running for Miss Utah.
