Bilateral stimulation music is used for anxiety, PTSD, restlessness, and other stress related ailments. Depending on the session, use bilateral stimulation to enter a state of deep relaxation, drift off into a deep sleep, meditate, or motivate. During the video you'll hear a beat that goes between the left and right ear. This is to stimulate the brain and communication between hemispheres.
