Mr Cruel was the name given to one of the most disturbing criminals in past history. Stalking and gathering information, he would wait until the parents of young children were asleep or busy, before he would commit his vile crimes. He is not only still free and possibly still out there, but he also has a completely mysterious identity. Nobody knows who he is, nor his intentions. This is the case of Mr Cruel.
