In 1983, Steeleye Span founding member Tim Hart released 'Drunken Sailor And Other Kids Songs', his second album of nursery rhymes and other well known songs done in a folk rock style. Other Steeleye members helped throughout both albums.
This is the title track, with an atypical, more synth based style. Helping in the video are Barbie Wilde and Tik (from mime duo Tik and Tok).
I'm not sure if this was a general promotional video, or done for a particular show. The overall quality could be better, but it's all that seems to exist nowadays.
