Ingredients:

butter 1/2 cup (113 grams) any brand will do.
oil 1/4 cup (50 grams) canola or vegetable
cocoa powder 1/2 cup (50 grams)

egg 2 large (110 grams)
vanilla 1 tsp
brown sugar 1 cup (190 grams)
white sugar 1/4 cup (50 grams)
all purpose flour 3/4 cup (95 grams)

Toppings:

1/2 cup Walnuts
1/2 cup cashew nuts
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

Note: You can choose any nuts you like, no problem. Choose your favourite toppings to your brownie.

Baking pan size: 8x8 square pan grease with oil ang line with baking paper.

Baking time: 30-35 minutes only at 160•c depending on your oven.
Note: Do not overbake so your brownie won't dry.
