This deck is a Tinker-based strategy based around getting Bolas's Citadel into play and then assembling Manifold Key + Time Vault or Brain Freeze with Underworld Breach + Black Lotus. We do have a backup win condition of Urza's Saga to create constructs, but it also finds Manifold Key or Black Lotus!

I think it's safe to say... I LOVE TO TINKER! Is this what I should play for Eternal Weekend?
