Trent Kraemer told me about an isolated guitar track I didn't know about, so here are some corrections (that are also updated in the tab):

37 (1:42): The 7 bend is actually a 7h8 and reappears in the last chorus
96 (4:16): The 7 is actually a hammer-on from 5h7. From 104 (4:38): it's just a single note again
146 (6:27): Ends on an 17th extended power chord
161 (7:08): It actually ends with 0h3h5h0
