Open source projects naturally follow a product-led growth strategy — in other words, maintainers are counting on users to find the project, start using it, love it and bring in other team members to use the project, all without any push from the maintainers. But how well do you, as a maintainer, understand what you should be measuring to see if that product-led growth strategy is working? How do you figure out if you’re doing well or doing poorly?
