Hello again! This is @MCV's World channel. This time i made a Sweet frosting used for Yema Cake were most Fiipinos favorite sweets and realy love to eat. Yema sauce are made of milk and eggyolks that can be cook in two ways; One is thru direct heat (cooking time is less than an hour but stirring vigorously is needed to avoid lumps and burn) Second is thru double boiler method.(That's what I did in the video)

Ingredients:
2 big cans Evaporated Milk
2 big cans Condensed Milk
2 whole eggs
8 eggyolks
A dash of salt
1tsp vanilla
2Tbsp Butter

There are two ways to cook Yema frosting.
👉First, Double boiler method (medium heat) which i used in my video and it took more than 2hrs. btw, u can rest your hands in mixing that is okay like 5 to 10mins then mix again same process until u reach na thickness of the Yema sauce.
👉second, is you can cook it direct from heat with a very low fire but make sure you will stir it constantly to avoid burn and lumps. This will cook less than an hour.
Normally, I used the double boiler method in cooking yema frosting coz i really like the consistency and result. And of course I can do some other work while cooking it.😁
