The gasoline prices in Russian roubles almost never changed in Russia since 23rd of February, 2022 - a day before conflict in Ukraine.
But Russian currency dropped down to dollar for about 43% so far (at the 10th of March, 2022).
So while the gasoline prices almost not changed in Russian Roubles, they dropped down for 43% in United States Dollars.
