Ingredients:
2 tablespoon instant coffee granules
2 tablespoon hot milk to dissolve the coffee
1 tbsp icing sugar
2 tbsp cocoa
1 cup softened butter
2 cups icing sugar (sifted powdered sugar)
1 drop gel food coloring (optional)
Procedure
1. Dissolve coffee granules in 2 tablespoon hot milk and add 1 tbsp icing sugar and let cool for about 10 minutes.
2. Beat the butter and cocoa in the mixer on medium speed until creamy
3. Gradually add the powdered sugar alternately with coffee mixture and ending with powdered sugar.
3. Add 1 drop gel food coloring (Optional)
Tip:
Add more powdered sugar if needed for spreading consistency
