Video Description and Ingredients:
This is yet another Delicious mutton Soup in Nepali style. The speciality of this Goat leg soup is the real taste whhich is fully brought through the use of fresh coriander, Garam Masala with a rich aromatic whole spices. The dish came out to be so delicious and very tasty. Mutton soup is best for the cold days.
Ingredients for Goat Meat (Khasi ko Masu) :
1 Kg Mutton leg (Goat leg)
3 tsp oil
5 to 6 Cardamom
4 to 5 Bay Leaves
1 big Onions chopped
2 tsp Ginger Garlic paste
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
1/4 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp - Garam Masala powder
Salt to taste
Fresh coriander
