Scones
Ingredients
500 grams (4 cups) self raising flour
6&1/2 tablespoons of caster sugar
2&1/2 teaspoons of baking powder
65 grams of cold butter cut into small cubes
2 large eggs, whisked
250ml fresh cream ( 1 cup)

1 egg, whisked, to brush on scones before baking.
