Terrifying! Ukrainian Army kill 500 Russian soldiers during brutal Ambush in trench near Bakhmut
The Ukrainian 3rd Assault Brigade launched a surprise attack using tanks and armored infantry to crush Putin's front line.
They advanced 1,000 yards across farmland south of Bakhmut in their first major gain for months.
Footage shows the assault squad clearing the bunker with hand grenades as a tank crashes into a log, sending the Russians fleeing.
From that attack, Ukrainian troops managed to eliminate 15 Russian soldiers, and 3 others were injured.
