I connect to 220v splitter, extension cable and Tesla adapter to get fast charging from a rental home with access to the dryer plug. If you have access to a 220v 10-30 plug and a ground socket, you should be able to use this method to get fast charging to your Tesla.
Increase your charging efficiency by 15-20% and charge faster than using the 110v mobile charger. The risk of blowing a fuse is mitigated by setting your Tesla to a lower amperage ( like 12a) and by the fact you'll charge in less time.
