In this episode of the KLR 650 build, I finally get to install some mechanical parts as I assemble the bottom end. I've replaced almost all stock fasteners with Stainless Socket Head Cap Screws. The list of fasteners I used is below. This is far more fasteners than is needed for the engine. However, given the M6 fasteners are used all of the bike, during the rebuild I was able to replace almost all fasteners with stainless versions.
