Broccoli Quiche recipe:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- Grease a 9-inch pie pan
- Rinse and chop 1 cup of broccoli
- Beat 4 eggs in a large mixing bowl
- Add 1 cup of milk to the mixing bowl
- Add one half of a cup of biscuit mix to the mixing bowl
- Add one quarter of a cup of grated cheddar of colby jack cheese
- Add broccoli to mixing bowl
- Mix all ingredients well
- Pour mix into greased pan
- Bake until the center is firm (40-45 minutes)
