Ingredients:
- 2 to 3 tbsp. cooking oil
- 1 small chopped onion
- 4 cloves minced garlic
- about 8 to 10 pcs. of shrimp (optional)
- 1 lb. of pork belly (small cubes)
- thumb-sized ginger (small strips)
- 2 to 3 tbsp. of shrimp paste (bagoong)
- 800 ml. of coconut cream (or coconut milk)
- 100 g. of dried taro leaves
- 2 to 3 tsp. of chili flakes (or chopped chili)
