In this course, students will critically analyze the main concepts about managerial work and the organizational environment. In addition, they will assess the impact of the different schools of management thought and their exponents on contemporary management. Furthermore, they will integrate the concepts and processes related to planning, organizing, directing, and leading into the essential role of the manager.
