Smoked a Butterball turkey breast on a Traeger Lil-Tex pellet grill using Lumberjack 100% Mesquite pellets. Thanks to South Texas Outdoor Kitchens for their support and for stocking the best pellets in the land.
Smoked the breast at 200 +/- for 1 1/2 hours then raised temp to 350 until internal meat temps reached 170 +/-. Wrapped, rested, and sliced.
