In this video, it’s going to show how to assemble the IKEA SONGESAND dresser with 6 drawers in an easy and quick way. Once the first two side panels are done placing the slides, next steps are going a lot easier. You must have to know the screws placement, especially the long one that need hooks up with plastic lock on the head. When doing the drawers after the whole frame done, you gonna have a lot of ideas of doing the drawers that comes easy. The process of assembling other 6 chest dresser drawer brands like IKEA MALM, BRIMNES, HEMNES are almost identical, the only difference, IKEA SONGESAND has a handles on each drawers.


You can’t be missed up with screws, the no.1 tall box has its bag of screws only for the main frame. no. 2 and 3 shorter boxes has separate bag of screws only for the drawers.

ikea dresser has a great quality that last long once you handle it carefully.

I forgot to mention in the video the tools needed. I only used flat and star screwdrivers in the whole process. The Humber is not really necessary on my opinion.
