The Flaming Lips appear on KCRW's Morning Becomes Eclectic program on 11/15/06. This episode features six performances and host Nic Harcourt's interview with Wayne Coyne.
The Flaming Lips provided session tracks for this show that they recorded earlier in the year in Norman, Oklahoma. These are the same performances that aired on NPR in April of 2006.
The Wayne Coyne interview was conducted in Los Angeles, California in late July of 2006, shortly after the Lips' Hollywood Bowl show.
In this interview, Wayne goes into detail on the recording of the 2006 Hollywood Bowl show, which was originally intended to be released on DVD before being shelved in favor of the Zoo Amphitheater gig.
