April & May are the season of wild mangoes and we can have a delicious meal if wild mangoes are used in our daily meals. Here is a tasty and simple dish by using wild mangoes. That is a mustard curry by using them. A number of dishes can be prepared from wild mangoes. But the mustard curry is a famous one. Spices used are red chillies and mustard seeds. Jaggery and salt is added for taste. The spices are directly ground with grated coconut and that masala will be added to the mangoes without skin. No boiling is required. That is a tasty and simple mustard curry.
Ingredients:
wild mangoes 10-12
coconut- 1/2
red chillies- 4-5 (acc. your taste)
mustard seeds- 1 tsp.
jaggery 2-3 pieces (depends on the sweetness of mangoes)
salt to taste.
