For the dough:
3 cups plus up to 1 more cup all purpose flour and more for dusting work surface
1 cup water
1 egg
1 tsp salt
For the filling:
1 1/4 lbs ground pork (or pork and veal, or veal, or chicken, or beef, etc.)
2 regular sized onions or one large
salt and pepper to taste ( I like lots of pepper!)
1/4 cup crushed ice
