In Quebec, demonstrators once again took to the streets this weekend to protest Bill 96, the province's controversial French-language law. Premier François Legault's government is set to pass the bill in the coming days.
The bill would have an impact on education, health and the rights of immigrants to be served in other languages with several pieces of Quebec legislation being reformed. The legislation has faced ongoing criticism, and multiple protests as some feel it has further divided the population.
Dan Spector spoke with people in the province about the changes they would like to see made before the bill becomes law.
