This is not an exaggeration. This is my story on how I gained 20 pounds of muscle in a year while eating McDonalds every single day. Mcdonalds has been a staple in my diet ever since I was old enough to make my own money and buy my own food. That didn't change when I started working out. I continued to eat mcdonalds every day. I do not encourage others to try this. It could pose as a health risk eating this much fast food. This definitely isn't one of my wisest habits. You also may not see near the same results as I have but the fundamentals of calories in, calories out apply no matter what you eat. However, what you eat will determine your true fitness level, not just how you look.
