In Kharkiv, eastern Ukraine on April 7, pro-Russian protesters remained in the regional administrative building, which they had stormed a day earlier.
Local officials said that they were holding negotiations with the activists, some of whom were demonstrating outside the building.
Pro-Russian activists in Donetsk and Luhansk, also occupied government buildings in those eastern Ukrainian cities.
