2 cups washed rice
3-4 threads of saffron

1tsp Chicken bullion

TzatzikiSauce
1 cup yogurt
1 grated cucumber
2 grated garlic cloves
1tsp dried mint
Juice of 1 lemon
Pinch of chopped parsley
Salt & Pepper
