PATRON SAINT OF Guidance and Security

DAY 8
O sweetest comforter of my soul, my holy guardian angel who with gentle inspirations comforts me in the vicissitudes of the present life and
in the fears I have for the future, I greet you and thank you, together with the whole choir of the cherubim , who, filled with the science of God,
are charged with illuminating our ignorance.

I beg you to assist me especially and to console me, both in current adversities and in the hour of the last agony, so that, seduced by your
sweetness, I close my heart to all the deceptive seductions of this earth and can rest in the hope of future happiness. Amen.

Recite the Angel of God...

Pray for us, blessed angel of God. Because we become worthy of Christ's promises.

LET US PRAY
O God, who in your ineffable providence wanted to send your holy angels to be our custodians, show yourselves generously to those who implore you, always place them under their protection and make us enjoy their eternal companionship. For Jesus Christ, our Lord. Amen.

Our Father…

Bless the Lord, all His Angels, you mighty ones who do His Will.
He has sent His Angels before you, to guard you on all your ways.
My God, in the presence of the Angels, I will bless You.
I want to adore You and praise Your holy Name.
Lord, hear my prayer. And let my cry come unto You.

LET US PRAY.
Almighty, Eternal God, in Your ineffable goodness You have assigned a special Angel to all men, from the womb onwards, as a protection for body and soul. Graciously grant that I may follow my holy Angel so faithfully and love him so dearly, that through Your grace and under his protection I may one day reach the heavenly Father’s House and may merit to behold Your Divine Countenance together with him and all the holy Angels. Through Jesus Christ, Our Lord. Amen.
