In the second half of a two-segment interview on “Sunday Square Off,” Democrat Julie Gunnigle describes how she would pursue corruption cases as Maricopa County Attorney. Gunnigle also says she wouldn’t enforce Arizona’s suspended anti-abortion law if the U.S. Supreme Court overturned Roe vs Wade. Our interview took place two weeks before the death of Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, which could open the door for a conservative court majority to toss out the 1973 ruling protecting a woman’s right to an abortion.
