Time is running out to get a Real ID before the deadline. Last year, PennDOT projected 1.3 million Pennsylvanians would choose to get a Real ID. PennDOT said they have processed about 2.7 million customers. More than 826,000 chose to get the Real ID while the remaining 1.8 million have chosen not to or are using an alternative form of ID.
