1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1 small banana
1 heaped teaspoon of chia seeds
1 glass of milk (vegans may use coconut milk)
1-2 tablespoons of honey (for vegans, you may use maple syrup to sweeten)
Once the above is added, blend this into a blender.
