Season 1 Episode 11 "Up All Night"

Mitchell wants to Ferberize Lily, which is to make her sleep by letting her cry herself to sleep. Cam, however, interrupts the process as he cannot see another person in distress. Cam ends up showing her Scarface, sneaking off at night to the nursery and calls himself a mother bear who wants to protect her cub. Mitchell gets frustrated and literally ends up dragging Cam away from Lily.
