Feel like your workout takes up too much time? Or maybe you don't have enough time to workout? That's what Ahmet said in a recent comment on my channel. And I've been there. Trust me. So I decided to make a video all about how to make your workouts shorter but not at the expense of progress. I share a couple methods for reducing how much time you need to dedicate to your workout *each day*.
Now, notice I said "each day" specifically, because if you simply exercise less then you're going to get less results. That's the unfortunate truth. So the ideas behind these two concepts are to either (A) shift things around and spread out your fitness so you workout less each day but have less rest days, or (B) increase the intensity of your workouts while reducing rest time. I explain everything in detail in this video and provide examples.
