Former TRA Commissioner General Harry Kitilya and two co–accused including former Miss Tanzania Shose Sinare have been exonerated for charge of money laundering at Kisutu resident magistrate's court. the three accused including former central bank employee sioi sumari remain with seven charges. following the courts ruling the accused are expected to be granted bail.
However in light of the amounts involved in their cases the court is expected to impose difficult bail conditions.
