DR Horton is the first national builder to enter the Des Moines, Iowa real estate market. There has been a lot of buzz about this particular builder. I wanted to walk the home as if I were showing you, a client the home for the first time. Drop your opinion in the comments below what your thoughts are, good, the bad and the ugly.
They are the largest home builder and their homes clearly sell, if you are interested in a DR Home and would like representation outside of one of their reps, we are happy to assist you. The Des Moines real estate market is suffering from a low inventory issue and DR Horton has been able to lead the market in providing housing. This isn't going away and will change the landscape of our real estate market. It may not seem like 1 builder can do that but when our inventory is this short and local builders don't have the fire power to do what DR can do, it is going to happen.
