Chandler Fit Body Boot Camp
This week's workout is a 20-minute AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible). Remember to warm up before and cool down after. You will do 8 repetitions of each exercise moving through all 5 of them. Then 16 and then 24, etc! If you have time left over after 32 reps of each exercise work your way back down until you are out of time!

- Burpee
- Sit-Ups
- Squat + Front Kick
- Lateral Lunge
- Alternating Sprinters
