I love this camera . The new version will be available next months I don't know when precisely but this 8se is wonderful right now - it has amba sony sensor and make real 4K at 30 p and 2.5K at 60p that it is very closed to the 4K it is in the middle between full HD and 4K - the colour of the skin this pretty camera give us as result it is wonderful - I'm going to make real movie for singers with it and it cost 3 time less the Osmo poket and if the price will remain the same for the next model will come it is the best camera on the market.There are a lot of manulity setting and I hope in the future model called firefly 10 SE thois manual setting will be improved also by button and not only by the menù I hope the next model will have the manual exposition by tapping on the screen . Yes it has alreay the touch screen and it works very well .
