The Terran Dominion are the power in the Koprulu Sector. After the events of the Brood War four year ago, the Zerg swarm have retreated back to their home planet of Char and disappeared from sight, the Protoss have once again taken a passive roll in the galaxy and Emperor Arcturus Mengsk is free to expand the reach of his empire. Only one man stands in the way of Mengsk's oppressive rule; a lowly Marshall on dust-ball planet who stumbles upon something bigger than the rebellion, the Zerg threat or anything the galaxy has faced before.
