Cantonese porridge recipe - lean pork and century eggs porridge

This porridge recipe is one of the most comforting breakfast favorites among the Chinese. This Chinese porridge (congee) is called the Lean Pork and Century Eggs Porridge (皮蛋瘦肉粥).
