What we've got here is something that shouldn't be messed around with. This 1966 Chevrolet Chevelle SS Tribute Restomod is one mean car, and it looks the part. With glossy black paint, an awesome stance, a huge V8, and an absolutely stunning interior, this Chevelle is certainly one to beat. For 1966, the Chevelle got a complete redesign, reflecting the "coke bottle" design language that took the 1960s automotive market by storm. This '66 is powered by a little surprise under the hood, a massive Chevrolet 454 C.I. V8 paired to a 4-barrel carburetor that absolutely screams. The performance features on this Chevelle don't stop there, though, as torque gets to the rear end through a wonderful updated 5-speed manual transmission that both is a lot of fun and is performance-oriented at the same time. The black paint on this Chevelle will absolutely stop you in your tracks, reflecting like a mirror laid out over a body that is laser-straight. However, what really completes this Chevelle is the interior. The red vinyl bucket seats and subsequent red and woodgrain interior nearly has no match, as it presented just flawlessly with SS badging and a chromed center console. The Chevelle sports SS gauges in the dash, and the factory-style center console clock is in working order. There's even attention to detail, as the factory 4-speed manual center console diagram badge has been replaced with a factory-style 5-speed design. This monster of a Chevrolet has the options to match that detail-oriented theme, with a deluxe woodgrain steering wheel, power steering, power front disc brakes, an AM/FM vintage-style digital radio, SS trim and badges, aftermarket headers, an aluminum radiator, and one hell of a nice-sounding dual exhaust system. The car rides on some sporty Michelin Extreme blackwall tires on top of some "Intro" chrome five-spoke wheels that complete the aggressive feel of this Chevelle. This is a car that has a look and performance that is very hard to match, something that is sure to put a smile on anyone's face as they hear the roar of this Chevelle's engine and supernatural acceleration. As of right now, this '66 sits in our showroom, looking for a new driver. If you think you've got what it takes to own an absolute animal of a muscle car, well, we've got one right here.
